General Customer Terms Of Service

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The services provided are subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the Terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of our services indicates your agreement to be bound by the Terms and conditions contained herein.

General

  • All orders shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.
  • We have the right to refuse service to any customer.
  • All articles submitted to us must be claimed within 30 days from the date of the order form.
  • We shall not be responsible for any article not claimed within the said 30 days.
  • We shall have an absolute right to deal with any unclaimed article.

Garment Care

  • We only practice the utmost care in cleaning and processing articles entrusted to us.
  • We shall not assume responsibility for:
  • Any damage such as colours loss, shrinkage, weakened fabric, etc.
  • Any damage such as trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, zip, etc.
  • Any valuables claimed to be attached to or left on any articles submitted to us.

Loss or Damage

  • Missing or damaged items must be notified to us at the time of collection.
  • Our liability with respect to any lost or damaged articles that caused by us shall not exceed ten (10) times of our cleaning charge regardless of brand or condition.

Uncollected Items

  • We reserve the right to dispose of any articles not collected within 30 days.
  • We shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of items disposed of pursuant to this clause.

Modification or Suspension of the Service

  • You agree that we may modify, discontinue, or suspend our operations temporarily or permanently without notice to you.

Cleaning Authorisation

  • All articles will be processed at the entire risk based on the specific authorisation or permission requested by customer.
  • We shall not be held responsible for any damage developed thereon.

Amendment

  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and any prices for the dry cleaning & laundry services without notification to customers.

 

PICK-UP & DELIVERY SERVICE

Cancellation of Transaction

  • If the customer refuses to proceed for laundry cleaning at the site, the customer will need to bear for the pickup & delivery charges RM30.00

Unattended Delivery

  • Customers need to notify us for reschedule in case of a missed delivery.
  • Customers will be subject to a missed delivery fee in the amount of RM15.00 if they fail to notify us 2 or more hours prior to the scheduled day & time.

Payment

  • Refer to Orenchi App for various payment options
  • Payment is non-refundable

Express Service

  • 50% surcharges in 24 hours with T&C apply.

 

Standard Service

  • Articles return after 3-5 days.

Pickup & Delivery Hours

  • 10.00 am – 5.00 pm (Monday – Saturday)
