How does Washupp App work?

Washupp App on iOS & Android

Users are required to download the app onto their smartphones. The App will functions as

Digital wallet

Users can top-up Washupp App via Washupp Kiosk at any Washupp experience center by cash, credit card or debit card. Alternatively, they can top-up via online banking, Google Play or Apple Store.

Mobile Payment Gateway

Users are required to scan the QR codes printed on the machines and Washupp App will lead users to options menus and credits will be deducted from users’ wallet upon confirmation.

Realtime Monitoring and Notification manager

Users can monitor the progress of the machine in used. Notifications are sent to users before and upon completion of services.

Beacon receiver

Users automatically receives latest promotion highlights, discount vouchers, freebies coupons and many more via Beacon technology.
